No Return, No Refund Policy
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of flowers and gift items, Revan Flowers maintains a strict policy regarding returns and refunds:
- Verification Upon Delivery: We encourage all customers to check their items carefully upon delivery. Our service is based on the principle that the customer confirms the quality before finalizing the purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Once a product has been inspected and accepted by the customer, it is considered sold. We do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds.
- Damaged Goods: If a product is found to be damaged at the exact moment of delivery, you must refuse the delivery and inform our representative immediately. Once the item is accepted, no claims for returns or refunds will be entertained.
- Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched for delivery.
